Leadership is not always easy but extremely rewarding. All leaders come across challenges, obstacles and learning opportunities, but it is how we react to, respond to, learn from and move forward from those obstacles that help shape what type of leader we become. Toastmasters embraces continual learning by providing personal growth opportunities and it is how we all benefit from those opportunities that enable us to succeed on our journey.

Successful club members are the heart of this highly successful organization and I am passionate about true servant leadership to our club members. Toastmasters International Board of Director members must serve club members with the Core Values as their primary focus at all times.  Through strategic planning the Toastmasters International Board of Director members focus this organization on providing tools for our clubs and club members as well as the entire organization to be successful.  It is with these core values that I have dedicated myself to implementing throughout my District Leadership both in my home District and other Districts in Region 3.
